[Moims-mp] WG internal review of MPS Information Model Magenta Book

Dear all,

I have updated the Magenta Book sections 1-3 as agreed during the CCSDS Spring Meetings.

I am still working on section 4 (Use Cases). As such, for now please only review sections 1-3, which should be fully completed now.

In order to split the workload, I have added a table with suggested reviewers per section. But please feel free to review other parts as well.

We can discuss the preliminary RIDs during the next WG meeting on June 23, and the final RIDs during the WG meeting planned on July 21.

I would like to submit the Magenta Book for Agencies Review shortly after that.
