WG Status and Participation


  *   No replacement yet for Eric (deputy chair nomination by JPL pending)
  *   No replacement yet for Clement (CNES will check)
  *   Participation from ESA/ESOC (Elmar will check)
  *   Contact with SM&C on MO framework long-term maintenance and evolution

Blue Book Publication Status


  *   The current status of books processing by the CCSDS Secretariat can be found on CWE (https://cwe.ccsds.org<https://cwe.ccsds.org/>)
  *   There seems to be progress currently with the processing of books by the CCSDS Editors
  *   However, due to the large backlog, it may take at least a couple months more for MP&S BB processing

GDrive Reorganisation


  *   Action done, see https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/0B3jWkUN_retcYUxBd3p5LTJ3ZmM?resourcekey=0-XhQ3CABFWOGHmxm5Q3wf-Q
  *   By default, people with the link have read access
  *   Some WG members have write access, but the list seems outdated and requires cleanup
  *   Any WG member that want write access to the GDrive: please inform Peter

Magenta Book Drafting


  *   The current draft of the MB can be found here: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1vf9Hf4y3laI0A7_e0FtGFB9KOiwUF09F
  *   UML Diagrams
     *   For now, the Enterprise Architect model can be maintained by Peter
     *   All diagrams were updated and included in the draft MB
  *   Sections 1-3 have been updated
     *   First drafting done, but the text requires another iteration
     *   Figures (UML diagrams) updated and included. Are the new figures clear?
     *   Tables listing all state changes have been added
        *   Suggestion to clearly mention (in the caption) that current diagrams contain a subset only
        *   Possibly add missing state changes to diagrams (if not too many)
        *   How to display the relation between state models (example: plan - actions)? New sub-section? In section 4?
     *   An example table for service support structures mapping has been provided. Is this useful? Change format?
  *   Section 4 (Use Cases)
     *   No progress, document can be found here: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1vf9Hf4y3laI0A7_e0FtGFB9KOiwUF09F
     *   Action on Guillermo to add text, WG to review before next meeting
     *   Discussion planned for next WG meeting, after that Peter to update the MB accordingly

Updates to the Blue Book


  *   Mainly editorials, but some have minor impact on the Information Model (regeneration of artefacts)
  *   Peter maintains an internal list of issues for the moment (inform him in case you spot anything)
  *   To be discussed and agreed at WG level before actual publication of the BB
  *   Changes to be included in the BB final issue after/during processing by the CCSDS Editors (Peter to coordinate)

Green Book Drafting


  *   No progress (document is lower priority)
  *   Sections 4, 5: there is an ongoing action on the WG to provide inputs here: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1bhZr1focuyHGvVyczzBrRFzuT--rlJ4I
