[Moims-mp] Requesting the Publication of the Mission Planning and Scheduling Blue Book 529x1b1

Dear Mehran,

The Mission Planning WG would like to request the Publication of the Mission Planning and Scheduling Blue Book. As such, could you please issue a resolution requesting the Publication Poll?

The attached ZIP file contains the following information supporting the publication of the MPS Blue Book:


  1.  The updated Red Book after the Agencies Review, with all Agencies RIDs implemented
  2.  The RID table with all changes of the Red Book, and the concurrence of the Agencies Review Coordinators with the implemented changes
  3.  The SANA Registry artefacts referenced in the Blue Book, also provisionally available on the SANA Production Registry
  4.  The Interoperability Test Report consisting of two volumes: volume 1 on the Services Prototyping and volume 2 on the File Formats Prototyping

I would like to thank the Mission Planning WG past and present members that have contributed to this standard during the last many years. It has been a long journey, but I am convinced that is has resulted in a high-quality book. In addition, many thanks to those members of the Spacecraft Monitoring & Control WG that have contributed significantly to the Services Prototyping, as well as those members that have provided a lot of constructive feedback during the Agencies Review.
