[Moims-mp] MP&S Red Book - Agencies Review RID Closeout Issue 3

Dear all,

At the moment all RIDs (300+) from the Agencies Review of the Mission Planning and Scheduling (MP&S) Red Book have been closed. There have been some additional RIDs from the prototyping activities and a number of editorials, which have all been implemented now. As such, the attached MP&S Red Book v3 should be pretty close to the final issue for publication. You can find all changes from the original Red Book in the attached RID table.

In the next weeks we intend to complete the prototyping activities (Services and File Formats) and to finalise the test reports (Yellow Book), after which we can initiate the publication process.

Please feel free to review the current Red Book for any final issues and editorials - just let me know if you spot anything.
