WG Status and Participation


  *   No replacement yet for Eric (deputy chair) - to be checked with JPL
  *   No replacement yet for Clement - to be checked with CNES
  *   Participation of ESA/ESOC would be useful considering the adoption of the standard

Blue Book Publication Status


  *   Entered into Tech Editor Tracking system (see CWE) on November 3rd, 2025
  *   Current priority is Medium (with 15 documents in front)
  *   Due to the large backlog, publication is not expected any time soon

GDrive Reorganisation


  *   No progress, Peter plans to perform the action in January

Magenta Book Drafting


  *   UML Diagrams
     *   The import of the diagrams in another (Open Source) tool was not successful
     *   For now, the Enterprise Architect model can be maintained by Peter
     *   The model and diagrams shall be updated in line with the latest BB
     *   The File Formats section and related Data Types have already been removed
     *   The diagrams shall be improved/simplified, see Fall Meetings MoM for details
  *   Sections 1, 2: no specific issues, copy from BB, UML notation to be added
  *   Section 3 (Information Model)
     *   Starting point shall be the BB and its current structure
     *   No BB detailed information shall be repeated (data type tables, detailed description)
     *   Diagrams shall be fully described in terms of classes and relationships
     *   Service structures and state transitions shall reference the related operations
  *   Section 4 (Use Cases): there is an ongoing action on the WG to provide inputs here<https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1Cp9IB3WpDrfEDgywttlG3u7Cw5515OQe>
  *   Annexes: see BB, no section with PICS tables to be included in MB
  *   For consideration by WG: provide a table with all data types and their usage (see YB Vol2 table 7-1)
  *   Peter to provide a first draft of the MB including some section 3 diagrams and text for WG review

Green Book Drafting


  *   No progress (document is lower priority)
