[Moims-mp] Small update to the Blue Book

I have made another small update to the MPS Blue Book, due to an issue discovered during the Prototyping.

The issue is recorded as MPS-038. Both the updated Blue Book and RID table are attached. We can process this RID during the WG meeting next week.

In addition, I noticed some inconsistent use of the wording "ID" in the Blue Book, for example with the field name "user" versus "userID". This also occurs with some other field names, such as "definition" versus "definitionID" etc. In general, when there is a reference to an MO object, we now can simply speak about a "reference to a <object type>" and no extension "ID" (as in "identifier") should be used. However, some services refer to an object "key" that is of type MAL::Identifier, and here the "ID" could be used in the field name to distinguish from an object reference.

I have not updated anything in the current Blue Book as it will impact some field names and as such will impact the prototyping. We can discuss in the WG meeting next week if this is something worthwhile fixing in the current issue of the Blue Book, or if we simply leave it as-is.
