Minutes
1. RID processing
The latest version of the RID spreadsheet can be found on Google Drive: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SeyWdjmHzKcro5Mzxu1-ZKfsWnXUJcV5/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=116628338347839912892&rtpof=true&sd=true
All RIDs have been pre-processed now; the orange RIDs need WG input to be processed further, and the yellow ones require additional action before being processed further.
It is noted that all processed RIDs in the spreadsheet contain an indication of the affected aspects: the Blue Book (indicated by BB), the service testbed (indicated by XML), and the file format tests (indicated by XSD). This can be used to give an indication to the testing parties as to the RID updates they need to account for in their testbed updates.
The RIDs up to ESA-051 (row 215 of the spreadsheet) were processed.
Continuation of RID processing will start from NASA-001, so as not to overlap with leave of NASA working group members. Afterwards we can return to the last RIDs from other parties.
1. Next steps
Some RIDs remain open pending further action. Action on Quinten to go over these before next meeting to unblock them, where possible.
1. AOB
Next meeting date: 18 September, 16:00-18:00 CET with agenda: RID dispositioning.
Kind regards,
