  1. RID Implementation
  2. AOB

Minutes

1. RID Implementation

The RID spreadsheet can be found on the GDrive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Ka2-SYpxzsAgzrCIt40P1x4IbjmUkn7b?usp=drive_link

Quinten has implemented about 50% of the RIDs, mainly the editorials. The ones affecting the document structure in general will be done in a second iteration, with dedicated change tracking in Word.

RID ESA-083 was discussed and the WG made a preliminary agreement on the way forward:

As discussed in the WG dispositioning of NASA-008, it makes sense to limit our information model right now to allow constraints to take effect only on the owning activities. For TemporalConstraint, this would mean removing the activityRef attribute as well, to make it fully consistent with the approach taken for SequentialConstraint.

QvW: To be confirmed with WG in two weeks.
Similar question applies to ArgumentConstraint, FunctionConstraint.
WG: Tentatively approved - based on concurrence of the remainder of the WG.

Action on PvdP,QvW: check that this does not affect the correspondence between Constraints/Triggers.
QvW: Checked this, that correspondence is okay, since this concerns "complex" Constraints that have no Trigger equivalents.

The WG will take a final decision on this issue in the next WG meeting. Any comments are welcome as usual.

2. AOB

Guillermo provided issue 17 of the Yellow Book (test specifications), see https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nq8-hOzgD4TXfblzxndyj9kKiIjqWeBZ/edit?usp=drive_link&ouid=110179612344863829544&rtpof=true&sd=true.

Guillermo will now start working on the issue 18, which will include the RIDs of the Agencies Review as reflected in the updated Blue Book (work ongoing by Quinten).

Olly provided some ideas for the Green Book update on E2E and Collaborative Planning. His slides will be made available in the GDrive (note that we should reorganise the GDrive to better represent the ongoing and new projects, could be a joint WG action for one of the next meetings): https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1xtWSdUYMLYubPcfOx1cK85EmELlbUd-t

Next WG meeting will be Monday 9 December 16:00 - 18:00, Peter to send the WebEx invite.
