Minutes
1. Prototyping Status
1a - Services
Yellow Book up-issue 12 made available by Guillermo. Some clarifications required:
1. In the Plan Query operation, the PlanID shall be provided as an ObjectReference.
2. The Resource Definition shall be the same as the Resource Instance.
Guillermo will clean up the book and provide issue 13 next week (action Guillermo).
There will be a Prototyping meeting next week Tuesday.
1b - File Formats
The YB test procedures shall be defined in a clear way, such that the tests can be fully run by someone without a background in the current MP&S WG.
Quinten expects to have the full set of XML test specifications available in about two weeks.
Actions Quinten to provide the update Yellow Book and Spreadsheet.
2. Blue Book Status
A new draft of the Blue Book implementing the CESG comments was provided by Roger. We are currently waiting for feedback from Peter Shames for his concurrence with the updates, such that the Agencies Review process can be resumed.
We could make the current Blue Book available as PDF within the WG for internal comments (action Peter). These could then be discussed (preliminary) during the Spring Meetings. From ESA side a few comments can already be expected.
Roger made an update of the BB just now, to fix the issue spotted by Guillermo. Peter will distribute the draft Red Book dated today, for internal Agencies (pre-)Review. This will hopefully speed up the review process and allow the WG to review early RIDs during the Spring Meetings.
Also the Service Specification update to be made available for the prototyping (action Peter/Roger).
3. Spring Meetings Planning
Meeting rooms were requested for Monday (after CCSDS and MOIMS Plenary) until Friday noon. Friday afternoon is reserved for reporting and the MOIMS Closing Plenary.

4. New CWE Projects
New draft projects for the MP&S Information Model Magenta Book and MP&S Green Book (Issue 2) have been added to the CWE. Before requesting a CMC poll, we should confirm the schedule and participation by agencies.
The schedule for the Magenta Book review may be impacted by the Blue Book Agencies Review feedback, as this may impact the Information Model tables. Action Peter to update the draft project and send an email to agencies for concurrence.
5. AOB
Next WG meeting will take place on Wednesday 10 April at 16:00, Peter to send the invite.
