[Moims-mp] 524x3b1 MAL HTTP binding and XML encoding update - revision A

Dear WG members,

Please find attached MAL HTTP binding and XML encoding book with the tracked changes for your review.
We also have a matching ESA prototype updated (not yet in public domain though).
There are not too many changes. Please send me your comments before the review session next week.
Furthermore, if there are any changes to the other aspects of the binding and encoding, now is the high time to talk about them.
