[Moims-mp] Status of Issues raised on MPS Blue Book

Dear All,
 
In preparation for tomorrow’s Telecon, please find attached a spreadsheet
containing all the points raised, either as comments on the document, in
emails from César and Marvin, or from proposed changes at MAL level.
These are colour coded.
*	Red are open issues I would like to discuss in order to agree how we
resolve them.
*	Yellow are either Pending or I would like to confirm with the WG
that the action I have taken is correct.
*	Green have either been addressed, or are proposed closed by answer.
If you do not agree with my closure please raise this tomorrow.
I will issue a new Draft I of the MPS document, XML Specification and File
Format Schemas once all issues have been addressed.
