[Moims-mp] Update to MPS BB and Supporting Material

Dear Peter and All,
 
I have made the changes agreed yesterday and uploaded the following to the
MPS Google Drive:
 
1.	Draft G7 of the MPS Blue Book
2.	Draft V4 of the MPS Information Model (Enterprise Architect)
3.	MPS Blue Book Diagrams v1 [Powerpoint] - these are the non-EA
diagrams contained in the Blue Book
4.	MPS Information Model Draft V4 Diagrams [.rtf File] - this is an
export of all diagrams contained in the EA model, not all of which appear in
the Blue Book.
