[Moims-mp] Mission Planning and Scheduling WG schedule for the CCSDS Fall 2021 Meeting

Dear all,

Based on the Doodle poll and other constraints raised, I would like to 
propose the following schedule for our MP&S WG sessions during the CCSDS 
Fall 2021 Meeting:

Mon 18 Oct      16:00 - 18:00   MP&S session #1: Review of Yellow Book 
(prototyping test specification and report)
Wed 20 Oct      16:00 - 18:00   Joint SM&C and MP&S session on the MAL 
updates (invitation sent by SM&C, will be forwarded)
Thu 21 Oct      16:00 - 18:00   Opening Plenary of the CCSDS 2021 Fall 
Meeting (invitation already sent by CCSDS)
Wed 3 Nov       16:00 - 18:00   MP&S session #2: MP&S File Based Exchange 
(XML Schema), review and technical discussion
Thu 4 Nov       16:00 - 18:00   MP&S session #3: Review of the Blue Book, 
way forward and next steps, reporting to MOIMS
Tue 9 Nov       16:00 - 18:00   MOIMS Closing Plenary, presentations by WG 
chairs (invitation already sent by MOIMS)

Please keep the dates free. Let me know in case you have any constraints. 
I will send out the invites for the meetings once the schedule is 
confirmed.

Finally, I would like to remind you that now the MP&S Blue Book is nearing 
completion, you are all invited to provide any last comments and 
suggestions you may have at this point, for discussion in the WG. After 
this, we will go for the public (agencies) review of the Blue Book. As 
such, please take the time to review the latest issue of the Blue Book 
available on the Google Drive and provide any comments to Roger and 
myself.
