[Moims-mp] Upcoming CCSDS Spring Meeting and internal WG review of the MPS Blue Book

Dear MPS WG members,

Also this time the CCSDS Spring Meeting will be a Virtual event, with 
meetings taking place over a three week period in May. For the Mission 
Planning and Scheduling WG we are targeting to have our meetings in the 
week of 17-21 May. The detailed meeting schedule and WebEx invitations 
will be send out shortly. In addition, we plan a short preparation meeting 
on 7 May at 14:00 CET.

The main topic of the MPS discussions will be the review of the current 
Blue Book draft D2 (attached below). This draft is pretty complete, 
although some annexes are still to be provided (e.g. XML Schema and 
examples for file based information exchange).

You are all invited to provide your comments on the current Blue Book, 
preferably by 13 May, in advance the WG meetings. Your comments should be 
provided as Word Comments (use Review -> New Comment) directly in the 
document, and send it to Roger (roger.rocketbrain at btinternet.com) or me 
(Peter.van.der.Plas at esa.int). Please do NOT provide your comments directly 
in the text with tracked changes, this will not allow us to automatically 
extract all the comments into a single table.

Note that although this will not be the last opportunity to provide 
feedback on the standard, we should make use of the Spring Meeting to 
discuss the major issues with the complete WG. As such, please provide 
your concerns and suggestions in advance of the WG meetings.
