Dear WG members,

During our last web-ex, I took the action to coordinate the schedule of
our web-ex meetings during the week of 4 May with the SM&C WG with the
goal of avoiding overlaps, hence allowing MP&S WG members to attend also
the SM&C WG web-exs and vice versa.

>From our side, at least myself, Roger, Peter and Marc are also members of
SM&C and would like to achieve this goal.

As you can see from the exchange with Dan, the problem is the time shift
between US and Europe.
Could you please drop me a line by Monday CoB if you would agree to the
proposed scheme by Dan (see below), which would mean for us to spread our
meetings over two weeks.
Alternatively we would need to meet 5-7 on some of the days during the
week of 4 May.

Regards
Mehran

Mehran,

We have been planning to start our meetings at 6 am for the JPL team. I
really don?t want to push it to 5 am.

Here is another solution:

We each schedule 5 meetings over two weeks, and the two working groups
meet on alternate days. Meet any time you want on your days for as long
as you want. No problem if your meeting runs late. For SM&C, we will
reduce our meetings by one, and meet Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Tuesday,
then Thursday. Your WG could meet Tuesday, Thursday, Monday Wednesday,
Friday. SM&C can then keep to the 6 am time and minimize the
inconvenience for both the JPL folks and the ESA folks.

Dan

Hi,

My question was regarding the times 2-4 and 4-6 pm to avoid overlapping of
times for 4,5,7 and 8 May.
Since all your meetings would start at 3 pm then we would have overlaps.

Could you consider a scheme as I proposed, i.e. alternating

4.05. 2-4 pm CET
5.05. 4-6 pm CET
6.05. you choose as MP&S will not have web-ex
7.05. 2-4 pm CET
8.05. 4-6 pm CET

Regards
Mehran

Mehran,

Here is the agenda SM&C is getting ready to distribute.

Thoughts?

Hi Sam, Dan,

Some of us from MP&S WG are at the same time members of SM&C and would
like to attend also the SM&C Web-exs (myself, Roger, Peter, Marc for sure
but also some others potentially).
I believe some of SM&C people would also like to participate to MP&S
web-exs.
We agreed in our last MP&S web-ex to organise 4 web-ex sessions of each 2
hours on 4, 5, 7 and 8 May and two sessions in the week after.

I took the action to coordinate the time with you so that our web-ex
meetings do not overlap. Would it be ok if we alternately plan 2-4 pm and
4-6 pm CET?

E.g.
04.05. MP&S 2-4 pm, SM&C 4-6 pm
05.04. SM&C 2-4 pm, MP&S 4-6 pm
06.04. SM&C only no MP&S
and so on

Please let me know.

Mehran
