Hi Mehran,

Here is some info on the hotels and the area. (Please forward to your colleagues if they are not on this list)

Below is a list of few hotels that are close to Southwest Research Institute (SWRI). Two for Marriott and two for Hilton. There are plenty more in San Antonio near downtown and River Walk. (River Walk is a very beautiful area of the city and is about 12.7 miles (19 minutes) from SWRI. The famous Alamo is in this area)

San Antonio international Airport is in the northern part of the city and is about 13 miles (~ 19 minutes) from SWRI and about 10 miles (~16 minutes) from River Walk.

The distances are not far but a car is a must in the US. (as was stated in the telecom today we don’t have the good public transportation that Europe enjoys)
