[Moims-mp] Update of MPS Green Book

Hi Mehran and Peter,

 

I have made a first pass at updating Chapters 1,2 and 6 in line with the
comments and agreements received at the Rome meeting.

I probably won't get any more time to look at this before my vacation, but
will review again on my return in December.  Any comments welcome,
particularly to make sure I am in line with our agreed position.

 

I have updated a number of the diagrams - including some new ones - and
these are included in the GB working draft.  I have pasted a couple of
updated data model diagrams into Chapter 5, but am assuming Peter will link
to these in the text when he updates Chapter 5.
