[Moims-mp] ESA/ESOC - Definition of terms

Hi Mehran,
                      please find attached the definition of terms 
extracted from the EGOS Mission Planning System Framework: User 
Requirements Document. This is from 2008 and I know that some of the 
terminology has evolved a bit. Probably would be useful getting some 
comments from Bruno on what has changed.
