The CMC has confirmed the availability of resources for the P&S BB as 
follows

ESA     Editor + Proto 1
DLR     Proto 2

Please update (if needed) the draft Project and submit it for approval 
asap

First step is for MOIMS ADs to approve it
Second step is for CESG Chair to approve
Last step is the issue of a CMC Poll for approval
