[Moims-mp] The Mission Planning BOF and the Web-Ex will start at UK Local Time 9:00 Am

Dear all,

It was brought to my attention that there is ambiguity with regard to the 
start time of the BOF/WebEx, as WebEx has converted the local time to CET, 
etc.

This note is to clarify that we will start the BOF and the Web-Ex at 9:00 
am UK local time.
