[Moims-ipr] Registry Repository Reference Model - CCSDS 314.0-W-3

Dear Colleagues,
 
The attached document, "Registry Repository Reference Model", CCSDS 314.0-W-3, is being distributed for review and comment by the combined CCSDS Information Architecture (IA) and Information Packaging and Registry (IPR) Working Group and other interested parties. The purpose of this review is to determine if the White Book is mature enough to be sent to the  CCSDS Secretary for conversion into a Red Book draft, the next step in the standardization process.  
 
Please review and provide comments by March 25, 2011.  We plan to schedule a telecon in mid-March for general discussion and to answer any questions that might arise.
