[Moims-ipr] [Moims-dai] Status of XFDU Blue Blue Book

The Blue Book is on the IPR web site. I did an update to it a week ago so
it has been on the site for 3 weeks.
Stephane and I are finishing the Test report today and it will be on the
IPR site tonight. I think it is a very good report.
I have been focused on the test report so Arnaud will have to give you
Green Book Status
