CESG E-Poll Identifier:  CESG-P-2008-02-002 Authorization to create the
Digital Repository Audit and Certification Working Group
Results of CESG poll beginning 11 February 2008 and ending 25 February 2008:

                Abstain:  1 (16.67%) (Moury)
 Approve Unconditionally:  4 (66.67%) (Peccia, Plancke, Gerner, Durst)
 Approve with Conditions:  1 (16.67%) (Shames)
 Disapprove with Comment:  0 (0%)

CONDITIONS/COMMENTS:

     Peter Shames (Approve with Conditions): This activity sounds like it is
intended to produce a guideline or a process description, not a formal
standard.  As such it would be defined as a Magenta Book, not a Blue Book.
However, the charter only references white, red, and green books, not the
final document type.  Please clarify that the final document is to be
Magenta.  Also, there is not stated rationale for doing this in parallel w/
ISO.  Why not just as an ISO document to begin with?
