As far as I am concerned you can cancel "CCSDS 611.0-Y-1: CCSDS Panel 2
Methodology for Development of Recommendations"

Please take a look at:
http://public.ccsds.org/publications/YellowBooks.aspx
In particular, does the following documents have any value and if not
can it be canceled?
CCSDS 611.0-Y-1: CCSDS Panel 2 Methodology for Development of
Recommendations.
The following document seem to be Green Books masquerading as Yellow
Books:
CCSDS A31.0-Y-1: Unique Identification of CCSDS Objects and
Services.
If this document still has technical relevance, why is a Yellow Book?
