the charter and the GB

ADs and DADs: this is an important poll, because it is the first time that
SOIS products have been presented for extra-Area review.

The subject of the poll is the attached SOIS draft Green Book, which outlines
the proposed new scope of SOIS work, and the attached new draft charters for
the two reconstituted Working Groups. All three reflect the changed scope of
the SOIS work that was proposed at the Rome meeting in June.

Before these three documents are sent to the Management Council for approval,
IT IS MANDATORY THAT THEY MUST BE REVIEWED BY ALL AREAS OF THE CESG except
for CSS. You MUST use the "Attach Review (RIDS)" feature at the polling site
to record your comments.

Please take time to review and comment on these important documents. If
necessary, please seek local advice from experts in your Area or home
institution.
