[Moims-ipr] Redbook delayed for one or two days

Hello all,

Due to some last minute production and coordination issues and a large
number of internal suggestions from Don, John and Betty, the new version of
the IPR Redbook will be delayed by one to two days.
The alternative would be to put out a book where the examples,schema and
text had potential inconsistancies. I apologise for the delay but hope the
improved quality of the product will  speed up the WG reiviews.
