The MOIMS Area,

CONSIDERING the following
   the analysis done at DAI and IPR WGs level during its last international
   workshop
   the current validity of both BBs and its usage in several projects across
   CCSDS Agencies
   that there are neither current active plans nor requests to update these
   documents

and RECOGNIZING that it is compulsory to have these BBs as CCSDS active
standards

RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group initiates a poll to
endorse the MOIMS Area request..
