The editor's version of the XFDU RB should be available before March 15 for
WG review. We had assumed about a 4-5 week cycle for WG review so a new
version to the CESG about the middle of April when a first version of a
Green Book tutorial/best practices would be going out for Panel review. We
will need authoring support for the Green book from Gael as was discussed
in the Toulouse workshop
I will be sending out a list of technical questions to the IPR and DAI
working groups next week to get some key issues reolved before the review.

1st or 2nd week March was mentioned.
