Another thought - the same non-CCSDS people may also be interested in the OAIS 5 year review, so perhaps they can be placed one after the other - maybe the BoF first since it is shorter and less open ended.

I have had a number of non-CCSDS people keen to know the date of the BoF in order to determine whether or not they can attend, so I would request that we do select a date/time for the BoF very quickly and advertise it.

Lou, John, and I have come up with an initial cut at an agenda.  It  
is rough, so don't hesitate to critique and suggest alternatives.   
Note we have two rooms available only on Wed and Thur.

David has petitioned Nestor to start a certification BoF and it was  
accepted.  Our agenda  suggests that a certification BoF will take  
place some evening.  However if additional (outside current CCSDS)  
folks plan to attend, it may need to find a home during regular  
hours.  There is some possibility of this already despite the short  
notice.    I'll forward Nestor's message on the BoF in case you have  
not seen it.

It may be useful to have a telecon next week to discuss the agenda.   
Please respond with comments on this as well.
