[Moims-ipr] MOIMS updated charters and resources

Adrian,

Please find attached the MOIMS updated charters, Resource Matrix (01.05.2005
- 30.09.2006), a Resource Summary (01.10.2005 - 30.09.2006) and the effort
model used in the preparation of the estimates (thanks to Mario).

As some WGs made the estimates from 1st May 2005 until 30.09.2006 (or even
Nov 2006), I have normalised the request for the MOIMS area in the period 1st
Oct 2005 - 30th Sept 2006. (this is why you will find some inconsistencies
when navigating across the spread-sheets).

MOIMS has a total of 43 staff from the different Space Agencies and an yearly
manpower request of ca. 12 FTEs.

I hope that the whole process (including CMC approval of resources) ends
before 1st Oct 2005.
