[Moims-ipr] CESG Meeting and the suggested MOIMS resolutions

Please find below the decisions of the CESG wrt MOIMS proposed resolutions.

MOIMS was the only Area that present in VGs the discussion threads. A polling
     will be done for all the CCSDS participants (taking some of our issues)

MOIMS RESOLUTION 1- DAI WG
The CMC agrees to publish the Producer-Archive Interface Methodology Abstract
     Standard as a CCSDS Standard (Blue Book)
     Implementations are not appropriate
     Request parallel ISO review

To be discussed at next CMC meeting (24th May 2004)

MOIMS RESOLUTION 2 - IPR WG
Action 1: CESG to review and concur that "XML Structure and Construction Rules"
     is appropriatly prescriptive  for a Standards Track document (WB to become
     RB)

Doc to be provided by end May 2004 to CESG for review.   (Lou Reich)

MOIMS RESOLUTION 3 - IPR WG
     Action 2: CESG request CMC to direct the Secretariat to implement a WIKI
     for communication and docs of the IPR International Test bed effort

Several Areas complain about different aspects of the Web based system that has
     to support CCSDS activities. An unique action will consolidate all these
     requests. (To be done by Adrian Hooke)

     Action 3: CESG to review the EAST Pink Pages and to recommend the Agency
     review via CMC

Pink Pages to be provided by end of May to CESG for review (P. Mazal / D.
     Minguillon)

Action 4: To request promotion of the ODM RB for approval as a  CCSDS
     Recommended Standard (Blue Book) upon completion of a final internal WG
     review in May 2004.

Action 5: CESG to review and approve the Revised WG Charter

     OMG to consider this as CCSDS-OMG joint project

     gracious hosting of this workshop.
