I was updated by security people. They will need some information in
addition to that provided by the registration process.

You need to send me a list of people attending the Spring Meeting in
Montreal in your area.
Include the following information:
           name
           passport number
           agency / organization / company
           job title
Also people will have to carry their passports with them.

I need to submit this information to security tomorrow noon.
Later than this, of course, risks delays.
