Dear all,

I will arrive next Monday late afternoon to CSC.

I will try to rotate across the WGs / BOF.

I suggest that every WG / BOF chairman produces a "Minutes of Meeting" at the
end of the session with the following characteristics:

   Executive Summary
   Progress achieved (wrt goals and deliverables)
   Schedule
   Open points
   Action List
   Resource problems
   Risk management update
   Cross MOIMS WG / BOF issues
   Relations with other Areas
   Resolutions to be sent to CESG and then to CMC
   New working items, new BOFs, etc.
