[Moims-dai] Update from SC13

Dear all

 

The SC 13 meeting has just finished.

They passed resolutions including the ISO publication of OAIS, 16363, 16919
and IPELTU. Of course, the actually publication will depend on Tom Gannett's
processing of the Word files.

 

There were some gaps in the names for our liaisons, which have been filled
as follows:

ISO/CASCO - me

TC 211 - John Garrett -
