[Moims-dai] Updated REST API implementation

I have removed the "/generic-adapter" from the REST API.   See
https://github.com/dgiaretta/OAISIF?tab=readme-ov-file 

 

When Steve provides the jar for the PDS implementation I'll add that to the
sources for my implementation so we can see the interoperability (I hope).
