So we're in Novel 1. But I can't see a way to tell which hotel it's in. On
both hotel's websites, they list the meeting room names, but "Novel" does
not appear.

I guess it doesn't matter, since all hotel reservations are already made.

Subject: [Cesg-all] Updates Regarding Technical Meetings

Dear CESG-All,

Below are some updates regarding the technical meetings next week.

###ROOM ASSIGNMENTS###

The room assignments have been approved and posted at:

###IN-PERSON VS. VIRTUAL###

About 25% of the registrants have chosen to attend virtually. The
Secretariat encourages you to view the Registered Participants page, which
will break down the In-Person vs. Virtual attendance for each meeting day.
You can decide how best to support your meetings to accommodate these
virtual attendees.

*	Each room is equipped with digital displays or retro projectors with
USB connectivity.
*	CNES will provide JABRA devices, so microphones are not necessary.
*	CNES regularly organizes conferences in this hotel. The internet
speed and bandwidth have never been an issue.
*	CNES will provide five backup PCs in case anyone's PC fails.

###TECHNICAL EDITOR BOOTCAMP###

On Friday, October 21, from 08:45-12:30, there will be a Technical Editor
Bootcamp in CCSDS document-development procedures, which is required for all
CCSDS technical editors and recommended for WG chairs and new CCSDS members.
Other WG participants are welcome to attend. There have not been a lot of
signups thus far, so we encourage you to ask your members to attend. We have
a large room to accommodate everyone.

###COCKTAIL PARTY###

The social event will start at 18:30 until approximately 22:00 on Wednesday,
October 19, and take place at the Mercure hotel.
