[Moims-dai] OAIS-IF White Book – Architecture Description (Magenta).

Hi all,

Attached please find the latest version of the OAIS-IF White Book – Architecture Description (Magenta). Changes made include those suggested at the October CCSDS Technical meetings. The normative interfaces have been validated using the OAISClient test program demoed at last Tuesday’s DAI teleconference.
