Draft agenda:

1.	Need to produce the DAI agenda for CCSDS extended virtual meeting.
The closing DAI virtual plenary is 9th November.
2.	OAIS-IF :

the classes have been made "Serializable" i.e. can be transferred over the
network, as we require for OAIS-IF.

We discussed the use of Spring Boot and inversion of control, which has been
mentioned in the GB since January this year, which promises an easy route to
an implementation but might influence the interfaces defined in the BB.
