[Moims-dai] OAIS RID received from NASA

We have received a RID (suggested change) from NASA, which I have put in the
review system - see http://review.oais.info/show_bug.cgi?id=325

 

Comments please.

 

I have copied Craig Biggerstaff into this email so that he can check the
comments, and he can create an ID so that he can respond. However in any
case we will provide formal feedback to seek consensus.
