It was suggested that I re-send the concept papers related to OAIS-IF, so
here they are:

to documentation. It also shows a Registry implemented as a very simple
webserver. The Manifest you see there is essentially the AIP and the RIL is
the RepInfo Label.

The interfaces use the domain names I own but the actual Framework classes
