1.	Suggest we try to finalise OAIS v3 (the following was sent 4th Sept after the last Skype meeting):

a.	As discussed at the Skype call on Tuesday, the updated version of OAIS is available at https://www.dropbox.com/s/6n8rkwams8hcwle/OAIS%20final%20v3%20draft%20with%20changes%20wrt%20OAISv2%2020190425_bbh_with-DAI-responses-20190605-20190805-20190904.docx?dl=0 – this has markup and references to the suggested changes on the http://review.oais.info site. This has the changes included from SC#264 about the update to the definition of Information Package, but I have not changed the definitions of SIP and DIP as Mark had proposed since people seemed to think it was unnecessary.
b.	The clean version with all changes accepted and all comments deleted is available at https://www.dropbox.com/s/v2m0y6lzvc4estg/OAIS%20final%20v3%20clean%20draft-20190904.docx?dl=0 and is also attached for convenience.
