[Moims-dai] MOIMS-DAI meeting time

The clocks in Europe have gone back by one hour. The USA changes clocks next
weekend.

Our agreement has been to keep the meeting time unchanged in the USA.

Therefore, for those attendees in Europe the meeting time will be one hour
earlier.

For this week only: meeting: 10:00 Tuesday (EST) (1400 UK time, 1500
European time)
