Ok.  Got this message now.  You did catch the problems.  

 

Normally, we are kind of loose with the schedule.  We’ll probably concentrate on finishing OAIS SCs and any other issues in the first afternoon.  SC#135 is only outstanding SC at this point and we will discuss it at the telecon on Tuesday this week.  We should know more where we are after that session.

 

I’m assuming we will work on ISO 16363 issues most of the other afternoons.  I think that is what is of most interest to you.  We have some people coming into town for just a couple days and if they have some favorite topics, we may try to prioritize them when they are there.  If people plan to telecon in and have something in particular that they would like to discuss, we can also try to accommodate their desires.

 

We understand that AM sessions (and for some even the PM sessions) are very early for US audiences. (And late for our Asian audience.)  If you make it for a PM session and there is something from the AM session you would like to hear about, we can try to schedule in some summarization from the other sessions.

Please confirm that this schedule is for Berlin, not the earlier Gaithersburg meeting as indicated in header. 

 

Please confirm that Berlin time is plus 6 hours from EDT and that Germany/ Europe will not have shifted off Summer Time.

 

Will there be any refinement of the afternoon schedules and will they be shared when made?

Hi all,

 

The DAI WG face to face meeting at the CCSDS Technical Plenary in Berlin is just over a week away.  I look forward to seeing those of you who are able to travel there.  We’d also love to have input from those who are only able to telecon in.

 

I’ve attached a tentative schedule.  

 

We believe that we will be able to set up our normal DAI Skype calls from the meeting site.  Feel free to connect at any time.  If you do plan to participate remotely, please respond with the times when you will be connecting so we can watch for you and ensure our end of the Skype is already up.  Again, feel free to try to connect at any time.  But if you know ahead of time when you will be connecting and what you would like to discuss at that time, please let us know.
