[Moims-dai] My latest attempt at OAIS Section 6 (SC#135)

" I also removed some of the discussion of Inner OAIS only need to worry
about bit preservation. Overall encouraging the idea that any OAIS only
needs to worry about bit preservation is contrary to what we are trying to
do with the OAIS standard. Too many “archives” already take that view."

Discussions of bit repositories and bit preservation are found throughout
the OO-IO paper. I believe that, along with the varying
definitions/examples of inner OAISes throughout the OO-IO document, are
compelling reasons why we should not mention OO-IO in ISO 14721. If you
haven't read it recently, I encourage you to read the OO-IO document before
our discussion on Tuesday.
