[Moims-dai] Reminder of Webex meeting today 10:00 EDT

I had an action to write something more about Preservation Objectives. I've
done this in the attachment, as an addition to the Preservation Perspectives
in section 2.2.1.1

Note I have also make the point document that the information needed to
check the Preservation Objectives and the Transformation Informational
Properties need to be kept - as part of the PDI - see section 5.1.3.4.
