Dear SEA members,

 

You should all know that the registration is now open for the CCSDS Spring
meetings in Gaithersburg, MD.  The sign up process is the same as for prior
meetings, with one important exception.

 

As noted in the attached email from Gippo, all non-US participants will have
to register on the CCSDS website AND ALSO go to the NIST Conference
Registration website to register with them.  

 

Please try and register well ahead of time to avoid any issues.  The cut-off
date for NIST registration is 30 March 2018.

Dear All, 
       please drive the attention of  those who are not US citizens on the
need to register with NIST (after the meeting registration). 

As per  <https://public.ccsds.org/meetings/2018Spring/default.aspx>
https://public.ccsds.org/meetings/2018Spring/default.aspx : 
All non-US citizens must register with NIST no later than 30 March 2018. 
If you do not submit your information on NIST's Conference Registration
Website, you will not be allowed on campus and will be unable to take part
in the meetings. 

In the past we have been able to register persons just a few days/hours
before the meetings, but the additional NIST registration may prevent doing
this for the Spring 2018 meetings.
