draft.

last meeting we said we would close (Resolved/No change) this at this
meeting unless further information appeared.
3.	http://review.oais.info/show_bug.cgi?id=135 (Outer OAIS - Inner OAIS
model for Distributed digital preservation) was re-opened for further
discussion
4.	There is an on-going email exchange about
