Hi all,

Attached is draft of the Open Archival Information System Interoperability Framework (OAIS-IF) document for CCSDS. Please feel free to review and comment before the October 2018 meeting.

Currently I am in the process of syncing up the OAIS-IF Information Model with the document and creating UML diagrams for the document. There might be another version out before the meeting.
