[Moims-dai] Reminder of Skype call today (replaces the Webex call)

I am very sorry that I missed today's meeting. I had a doctor's appointment
that ran long. I strongly object to the decision to adopt most of the text
of attachment 42. Unfortunately I will probably not be able to attend next
week's meeting either. I would like a chance to revisit this issue at some
point.
