Dear all,

thank you for your welcome.
I appreciate the opportunity of taking part in your working group.

I apologize for not joining you yesterday, but the time was clashing 
with other events in my schedule and with such a short notice, I could 
not manage to fit it in.
I take the chance to let you know that I will be on holidays for the 
rest of the month, so, the facto, I will join you in September.
